- Lead the agency alongside its two founders, owning technology strategy and day-to-day operations.
- Run delivery for a 75-person in-house team across design, engineering, mobile, SEO and DevOps.
- Work closely with the Prime Minister's Office of Dubai and ADGM on AI platforms with multi-agent systems, human sign-off and full audit logging.
- Own the technology strategy: multi-stack, microservices-based architectures built for scale, security and cloud resilience.
- Still hands-on: personally designs the solution architecture, cloud infrastructure and security for flagship platforms.
- Helped scale tentwenty from a 10-person team to 75 specialists and AED 30M in annual turnover, with multi-year retention of flagship government and enterprise accounts.
